Pesticide sprayers are daily wage workers on farms who spray pesticides on a daily basis in their communities. They are one of the most vulnerable groups because of their high and prolonged exposure to pesticides, poor education, and socioeconomic status. A two-day training for pesticide sprayers was held with the aim of enhancing their knowledge, understanding and practice on selection of the right pesticide and to encourage them to follow safe practices while using those pesticides. Pre and post training evaluation was done which showed an improvement in participants' knowledge. The pre-test mean score was 13.60 whereas the post-test mean was 16.18 which shows there was an increment of 18.93%.
