Research Club
Through our Regional Programme, we run a number of initiatives to support research skills training, enhance the research culture and strengthen research systems...A Research Club is an engaging platform for participants to get together and discuss their research projects. As part of the session, we invite speakers engaged with research in a variety of different fields to talk about their projects and experiences. This is a great way to expose a variety of healthcare workers to a wide range of research efforts in different disciplines. These research club sessions are interactive and provide plenty of opportunity for Q&A and discussion amongst the attendees. It is also a very valuable way to make connections with other researchers, share your own insight into the status of your research project, and seek any advice or guidance for challenges you have encountered. With the resources available on The Global Health Network, we can support you to facilitate Research Club sessions for health workers across your institution. These resources include a dedicated toolkit with a step-by-step guide for how to run your own Research Club! Additionally, if you have already used these resources, have experience of running a Research Club, have tools to share with us, we would love to hear from you!
